Substitute Activities
Once you’ve found out about NoFap, undoubtedly you are going to end up with a lot of free time and energy.
This begs the question – what should you do with your free time?
Obviously, not all activities are the same, and some are going to be better for you than others.
The following is just an example list of activities that I deem as more useful than others. Naturally, the list might be different for other types of individuals.
Fapping to porn | Learning a new skill |
Eating fast food | Cook 3-4 eggs |
Drinking soda | Drinking coffee/tea |
Playing video games | Going out / socializing |
Eating food with a lot of sugar | Eating food with a lot of protein |
Taking multivitamins/supplements | Learning about nutrition and food macros. Trying to get the right vitamins through your meals |
Drinking alcohol | Weightlifting |
Shopping without purpose | Having a budget and buying only the bare necessities to achieve your goals |
Smoking weed | Meeting new people |
Browsing social media | Creating your own content (blog postings, YouTube channel, etc.) |
